DS Wellness ZM offers delivery and collection options for customers within Lusaka and across Zambia.
Delivery Within Lusaka
Customers within Lusaka may choose:
- Yango Delivery
- Mercury Express Courier
- Collection by arrangement
Yango delivery charges are paid by the customer and vary depending on the delivery location.
Delivery Outside Lusaka
For customers outside Lusaka, deliveries are handled through Mercury Express Courier.
Delivery through Mercury Express is provided free of charge by DS Wellness ZM.
Mercury Express deliveries typically take approximately 4–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking
For all Mercury Express deliveries, a tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Important Notice
Once products have been handed over to Mercury Express and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for transit and delivery rests with the courier service. Customers should contact Mercury Express directly regarding tracking updates, delivery delays, or courier-related issues.
Collection
Customers may also arrange to collect their orders within Lusaka by prior arrangement.
