DS Wellness ZM Terms & Conditions

1. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through DS Wellness ZM are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment has been received and verified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • MTN Mobile Money
  • Airtel Money
  • Bank Transfer

Customers must use their Order Number as the payment reference where applicable.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Mercury Express (Free Delivery)

DS Wellness ZM offers free delivery through Mercury Express for customers within Zambia.

Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.

After a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the delivery process transfers to Mercury Express. Customers should contact Mercury Express directly regarding delivery status, delays, or courier-related issues.

Yango Delivery (Lusaka Only)

Yango delivery is available within Lusaka.

Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated.

3. Collection of Orders

Customers may arrange to collect their orders in Lusaka by prior agreement with DS Wellness ZM.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of nutrition products, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.

If a customer receives the wrong product or a product that is damaged upon delivery, they must notify DS Wellness ZM within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Product Information

DS Wellness ZM is an Independent Herbalife Member.

The information provided on this website is intended for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

6. Wellness Evaluations

Wellness evaluations are intended to provide general wellness information and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

Any evaluation fees are subject to the terms stated on the Wellness Evaluation page.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address

DS Wellness ZM shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.

8. Changes to These Terms

DS Wellness ZM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
