What Your Evaluation Includes

We record your weight and explain device estimates for body fat, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age and physique rating. These measurements provide general wellness information, together with practical guidance based on your goals.

You can use the evaluation as a starting point for healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits, with ongoing encouragement and follow-up support. For medical concerns, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
